I am looking for an addon which performs sports pools.

This sports pool would list the active games (in this case football games), their point spread, and track who picked the most winners.

Am willing to pay to have this developed in case you are bored

Would like it linked to VBCredits

Try the "Casino" mod at vborg. It has a sports pool as well as other things. All of which can be turned on and off. So I would assume you can just use the sports pool bit.
