At the moment, I don't have a project that requires a small modification. What I may have right now is a hacked forum that needs upgrading (assuming the client approves the quote, as he has a lot of stuff that needs to be done).

I just want to have a vbulletin expert or two that I can outsource projects to as needed, provided the expert is interested in said project. I need to be familiar with their pricing structure, so that I can quote my clients properly.
