Instructions:

This has to be placed in every skin Header you have installed!

Go to:

ACP > Styles & Templates > Click 'Search in Templates' > Click 'Style Menu' then put in 'Header' > Click 'Header' Template >

then put this code in at the top before anything else, making sure you put the message in where indicated:

Then SAVE!

Done!
