Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'topstats.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

Phrases : 27
Template : 10
Setting : 6

not sure how to add this to my forum, i have imported the xml file and it has gone on my vbulletin control pannel and i can see the script in vbulletin options.

But how do i get it onto the forum frontpage?
