hey i just put a column on the left of my forums and i was wondering how to get the login form over in that column, i can get the form over but when u log on the form is still there, i want so when u log on it says the:
Welcome, (your name)
You last visited: 02-23-2007 at 07:51 PM
Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 0.

i took this code but it dosent want to show the private message thingys, so is there sumthing im missing or another template to mod or wat

Well either a cookie issue or $show['member'] isn't being evaluated once it is moved. Remove the if clause (not permanently of course) and just leave the welcome box bit and if you see your name, etc it will tell you in what direction your solution lies.
