hmm i found a bug...

when thread title contains ン
url rewrite something like %B3
on all 3 options, replace english, remove english, remain non-english

and when this happen
where define('VBSEO_SEARCH_REDIRECT', 1);

in search result pages with ?highlight=anykeyword
links goes 404, but if without ?highlight=anykeyword goes smoothly
but if disbale define('VBSEO_SEARCH_REDIRECT', 0);
things went smooth, of course introduction of 'VBSEO_SEARCH_REDIRECT' cuz not only that non-english character there could be more characters that cost problem... which i do not know?
