Source for Avatars for Users

Does anyone know a good source for avatars that I can provide to my users. Not too wild...

There are several nice collections over on vbulletin.org.

I use a couple of the sets on After Seppuku and the members like them.

You mean so they are only able to choose from a preset selection?

You only allow them to choose from the ones you provide, or like on my site, members can use one I provide or upload one of their own images to use.
