Voting script

Okay guys just found you off another board, I am looking for someone to code a vBulletin script or whatever you call it, I need it for "contests" the poll thing is not going to cut it. And I can't get anyone to respond.

So what I would like it to do is when I have a contest, lets use a photo contest, I would like the entries to follow my rules, then upload there photo, and ad a Voter tally, like the poll.. but it would just have field where they can put there begging remarks.. "please vote for me" tag line and then it would have a button where someone could vote for them. Now it would need obvious restrictions in the code. One vote per user. One vote per username, also I am limiting it to posters who have posted at least ten quality posts.

So of course here or what? do-a-ble? please advise and take a look at my site its not to bad..

What is it to hard? I am not a programmer or do I understand how to get it done? Please advise so I can figure out what I need to do next. There is a voting hack at vBulletin.org but it is old and not exactly what I want.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I would appreciate the help.

Good programmers are usually busy as heck. Have you considered cgi lance or Custom Web Design and Programming. Freelance Programmers. Outsource Web Development Outsourcing They use outsource programmers and guys bid on your project.
Be careful make sure you are clear about the job and put any moneys in the escrow account until you are satisfied. the lowest bid is usually not the best.
You can transfer escrow money via paypal.
I've used them both in the past with adequete if not good results.
1 job was a botch. The guy took on too many projects and mine wasnt a prioroty.
He was from sri lanka. Escrow saved me from transferring any moneys. Job was cancelled with no great dissappointments from either of us.

Thanks

Yeah It seems that way. I am going to head over to Rent-a-coder and give em a shot, I tried a couple boards, Not in a big hurry just would like to get some protection and user freindly hacks installed.

I want to have alot of contests seems 25 bucks will get you more members than I bargained for especially when vanity plays a roll in the contest. We will see what happens on the percentage that bail after the contest is over.

thanks again for the input...
