Which style sheet?

Ok

New to vbulletin, I'm trying to add 2 optional fields to under each thread. Where the quote edit button normally is. I am looking thru the style sheets to add it but not sure which one holds this info. Can someone give me a lil help letting me know?

I do know how to program in php and asp. So if I need to change the code then I can. But i think what I want to do is just a simple style sheet edit.

Sounds like you are refering to your Postbit or Postbit_Legacy templates.

Postbit is with the avatars on top,etc and Postbit_Legacy is like you see here with the Avatars on the left of the post.

Go into the style you want to edit and find whichever template is appropriate.

Also, for me a trick is to go to Styles in AdminCp and search for the image filename, like edit.gif .

It will find templates calling that graphic and give a hint as to where to look for stuff.

Hope that helps.

Ok, I'm back to attempting to edit this.

I want to add an Xfire icon with the yahoo, msn, aim, icq icon that is under the users name.

I found this spot in postbit_legacy. I found the info for the other icons in the IM section. One for im_aim im_msn etc. How do I copy one and put it in there and use it?

I can just edit postbit_legacy by hand but that doesn't seem to be the right way.
