I just got the backslash skin from vbskinworks,My problem is getting my banner.swf file where the logo.gif file is.
it is working on my skin I am running now but would rather use this method to get rid of clutter at the top.
If I could find where to put my source code in I'd be fine.

It shouldn't be too much different than the current template you have it working in.

well my current template it's all above the skin header,I want to put it inside the header center.

Put your flash code in the header template where the image code for the logo is:
admincp > Styles & Templates > Templatename > Header

There you go. That sounds about right. Just look at that template in the style that already has it and you should be able to do the same in your new style.
