My programmer is trying to code our forum whereby in the Private Message section, any UNREAD private messages, the display box for Private Email appears as a yellow background with a blinking email icon. Just like here on the dnf

Private Messages
My programmer is trying to code our forum whereby in the Private Message section, any UNREAD private messages, the display box for Private Email appears as a yellow background with a blinking email icon.

Just like here on the dnf forum

Anybody know how to do this?
