On this forum you have the user info on the lefthand side of their posts. Mine are all up the top of each post.

Valid questions are good things. Just go into your vBulletin Options in your admin control panel. Once in Options click on Style & Language Settings. Then you want to scroll down to Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template and click yes.
That's it. Enjoy.
