Question Members decide which threads and/or member stays.

Hi all,

Here's another thing i'd like to do to my forums.

I'm sure everyone's had enough of childish and useless threads and posts and members and pissing off existing and new visitors and members driving them away

So,

What i'd REALLY like to do is:

1. 2 options for vewing for Usergroup

* View All (No quality control)
* View Approved (Quality Posts)

2. For all threads (and possibly replies) posted, they are:

* Display as usual on the forums
* Subjected to approval by a Usergroup in the form of voting Yes or No
* Upon more Yes votes, They will belong to the Quality Posts

Here's the Scenario:

* Quality Control Team will belong to Usergroup "Quality Control"
* Registered members will be given options to view all / view approved in usercp
* Registered members posts as per normal
* All new posts, Quality or Not will appear to all.
* Approved posts will be in Blue tables
* Not rated posts will be in Green Tables
* Disapproved posts will be in Red Tables, ONLY vieweable when View all is selected.

What are the options?:

So, what should i do to achieve this?

* Are there existing mods?
o Hot or Not Mods?
* Could i use the rating system built into Vbulletin?
* How would i create the option for View All / View Approved

Please help me on this
any help highly appreciated!

Thanks
Tom
