Help with SubForum Looks

Can anyone help me with the way my subforms look on the forum index?

PrisonOfficer.Org Forums - A Correctional and Law Enforcement Community are my forums, if you look towards the bottom in the regional section, all 50 states are listed. On this forum (the links near the bottom) and even on vbseo.com.. they lineup all pretty and aren't just mushed all together.

Any thoughts?
