AJAX Mods and vBulletin 3.7

I have tested vBWeather on 3.7 and it works fine. It looks like they are using the same functions to make AJAX calls but those functions are now using the new Yahoo code. So it is seamless and should allow properly coded mods to continue to function.

Just make sure you add your USERCP_SHELL code back to that template if you revert and make sure you update the headerinclude template to include the Yahoo code files.
