Is there an advertisement module? Something similar as the "Advertising" or "Affiliates" modules seen to the right of this site?

I use vbadvanced and was looking for some help to get going.

I had to research this info when I was trying to figure out how they did it. You can build or purchase a skin including a side bar or convert a existing skin with the following.

Ultimate Side Columns
Version: 1.00, by Kerry-Anne

This allows side bars and lots of options if you don't have it built into your skin.

what do you guys use here? I am looking for something like this...that ads an ad after the first post I'm thinking it's Ad Management 3.1 but the coder doesn't let me remove the copyright even if I pay. I think it's time someone made one because i think it's sad that he does that
