I don't like the style either. You will find that very few people will like a two color style. There is not enough variations in contrast to help the eyes navigate. Then you will find that a lot of people don't like dark styles. And on top of that, matrix green has long ago droped off the radar do to the fact that it hurts peoples eyes when reading. Especially on black.
Overall, this is going to keep most people from actually reading any content that may be there.
I would change that.

If you want dark then you need to have good contrast and colors that can be read as text when blended. You also need to accept the fact that a lot of people will turn away the minute they see a dark style. Really, dark styles are only suited to certain types of gaming sites IMO.

and above that all the little icons are not matched to the style, they have a 1 pixel white border.... time to edit those out...
