Is Article Bot the only way to get vBulletin to take an Atom feed? Does it actually do that? I'm a little unclear as to whether Article Bot is actually doing anything with the feeds or just allowing a user name and other management purposes...

I'm trying to get vBulletin to read feeds from Bugzilla and the only default feed I see with Bugzilla so far is Atom, which I am reading so far, is unacceptable to vBulletin?

Both sites are internal.

It works with atom usually. Without a link to a feed it's hard to answer that.

I wonder if articlebot can get rss news from Yahoo News!
