What I started to see since a few days, indeed when you open a multi page thread, it loads the background, then stops (done in bar) and then after quite some time it loads the page. I guess vbseo is working to remake the page with the mod_url rewrite and add all the links.... you should have a look at server load when this page is loaded, might be server has a little heavy load at those moments. Guess vbseo might be cpu or ram intensive. Or if it has to go read links elsewhere on another server....
This waiting period seems independant of broadband or like home for me on 56 k, takes as long to come

No, it's not vbseo. The page just white screens. It doesn't load later. I am running all the latest versions of PHP, MySQL, etc, so I am always pioneering new errors. |

Ok, peoples, this should be fixed now. PHP was running out of memory so we tripled the allowed memory. Must be all those lurkers who never post that brought the site down. 
Seems all good now. Let me know if you have any other issues. |
