It enables you to send out a community bulletin with latest threads, unanswered, most seen etc to al members that didn't set no in user cp.

It was nicely done, easy to use and send out html or text to member as wanted.

The scripter has no time anymore to re work it.

Would this be a project interesting you ? Think a good mod would be a success... now that vbweather is going to be a hit

basically because the page you use to send the mail can be easily accessed directly from browser, you could protect it with .htaccess though but....
My version was misused somehow even true the .htaccess... let' say it was to easy to misuse. It should be completely locked from outside admincp.
And I read now that he has no time to update it to 3.6 and I'll move somewhere to latest.... so I'll end up with a non working system.

If he moved away like you did, might be.... I long gave up to understand the what's and who's, except that it has become to big over there for the ones running it.

You mean he didn't have basic admin permisions in the script? Doh.

you could use the script from within admincp, then it sends you to a new page, where you set what you want and edit content. IF you knew the url, you could go directly go to that url without any indentification.....
