10 Posts Is a Bit Much Lads

Im new to this site, i have noticed u have made a 10 post access to this site, which sounds fair enough but i have noticed that is not easy to do when u have not got access to the forum.

To gain more members i would conider reducing this a little to 5 posts, i believe you would get alot more members attempting to gain moderation approval.

Other than that very nice looking site lads.

Personally, I think 10 quality posts is acceptable. This ensures that the quality of posts are high and there's a good chance that the posts will benefit the community. From experience, people are posting (what I regard as spam) and/or getting what they want and running off without a thanks or anything in between.

Infact, I'll be one of the members here that will be adopting codemonkeys way of thinking and I highly doudbt the 10 post minimum count will deter anyone that really want's to contribute and give a little back to a site that gives alot to it's members.

Truthfully until running a website like myself for 2 years where visitors just come and go, I never fully understood the need. All of the time and effort after having done so for this time. I have learned to reciprocate as well in other forums like my own for all of the hard work brought to us for sometimes little to nothing and am grateful as well for the same in mine.

I agree with shelley and sukie. 10 posts isnt that hard. Especially if you like the place. Here is my post #1. It isnt exactly a quality post but when you are trying to build a community most posts are welcomed.
After you've been around a while you've seen it all. (well maybe not all)
It is important to try to be active and give something however small. IE post count.
Especially if you want something in return. Knowledge, mods, feedback, assistance. whatever.
Nice site. Nice clean look.
