What file holds member names & address?

I can't find the file that holds all my member info.
What I am trying to do is export my members names and addresses.

Anybody where to find this file?

They are in your database not a file. You can use something like phpmyadmin to export the user table columns you wish as a csv or xml file. You would have to have addresses as a requirement for your forum to be in there though. It's not a default vBulletin option.
