Want to make a health related site.

Hi friend, I don't have much technical knowledge on PHP. But I want to create one health related site by using vBulletin. I want to use Use vBulletin to show recent health related news. and want to use it to maintain all the content of my site. I am not sure that it can be done or not. Do any one have any Idea of building this type of site? It will very helpful for me if any one give me some answer.

Shouldn't be much problem at all, so long as you have some material to post.

Do a search on Google and you'll likely find some related sites that use vBulletin already.

Health is a hard vertical to get into. My forum has been up for a few months now and is still yet to see any serious traffic.
