It should load into 3.6. I need to update the install file for 3.6 specifics.

Yes they are. Just don't use the whole template copy to overwrite your whole template. Just replace the individual bits you want to use.

Unless you are refering to the old outdated pirated version this BBConraD tried to post here. Then no, they are not updated and their use is not advised. That's why he got himself banned.
