PDA Issue

I've had a PDA for a little over 3 months and hav experienced problems with logging into the pocket msn service. Thus far I've managed to log in only twice in the 3 months I've had the PDA (tonight and when I first bought it).

I'm using the correct credentials and the bluetooth is setup correctly because I can browse the internet but failed to log into the pocket msn service.

Is it possibly the actual service that's the issue? Any help or if there are any people who are experiencing these issues could possibly post here.

Have you contacted them yet? I don't use the things so I have no idea. But usually if I buy a product and a service and they don't work I ask for my money back. That seems to get results ore often than not.

if you're using bluetooth to bridge to your computer and then to the net...is there maybe a firewall blocking ???

Definetely not the firewall blocking it though i have read that many PDA users are experiencing problems with the pocket msn service. I was kinda hopeing there was a solution as I did manage to get logged in last night (2nd time in 3 months) so it's very tempromental to say the least.
