Partners are the ones who either sponsor your site or help you in some way. Affiliates are usually just people who want to trade links with you(Advertise).

If you have had a "Bad Deal" with someone and feel you were treated unfairly, please do speak up so that others do not find themselves in the same situation.

Right now I am not accepting link trades. I am only allowing paid adverts until I get a few things paid for like a new owned vBulletin licence.
