I'm glad I waited to upgrade to vBulletin 3.61.

I was considering applying the vBulletin 3.61 update to this site and lo and behold they have another update. *whipes sweat from brow*

Now I can be motivated to wait for 3.63 without guilt.

In case you don't know. I hate template edits.

Anyone else glad they waited or did you take the plunge?

Same here, oh wait.... I did upgrade. It wasn't that bad though, only had half a dozen styles to fix and a gazillion templates to revert and fix. Never again. Though like I say, if it's broken, run. And that's exactly what I did and resulting in my forum beiing offline for over a week.

I hate upgrading but I loathe styling more.

I take it you prefer to focus on the visual accents then.

Definetely. Though it hasn't been this way so I've had to get my head down and deal with it. oh well, can't be plain sailing all the time.

Talk to me 6 months ago and I would not have touched vbulletin. infact, I hated the product and was an invision user for many years. Funny how things turn out.

Didn't upgrade neither, we did go to 3.6 not so long ago and each time it is tweaking and reverting and pfffff in the end you are spending so much tme each upgrade, you end by skipping a few each time.
And in this case, guess the lazy ones were right

Same here. We made the upgrade from 3.54 to 3.6. I've come to the conclusion that I'll be one for skipping updates.

I have no choice but to upgrade with each version...try having over 50 styles to update each time

Whenever I think of the amount of work that styling providers have to do when an upgrade is released it makes me shudder.

This is the reason why I'm opting for 1 style and not half a dozen like I did have before my sites very first upgrade.

I deal in images/graphics so it's all good here.
